24 Hour Cancellations

A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If failed to give notice within 24 hours, a 50% service fee will be charged. In the event of a "no show", a 100% fee will be charged.

Tardiness

If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled. Otherwise we will still accommodate you, but your appointment will end at its normal scheduled time.

Cleanliness

You MUST arrive to Eyelash Appointments with clean eyelashes. If they are not clean you must arrive 10 minutes prior to cleanse your lashes, otherwise it will cut into your service time.

  • Dirty lashes cause infections, and lash loss.

  • Lash Lift solution will not work with build up.

  • Mascara weighs down the natural lash and extension, it also contains oils that may prevent proper lashing and lifting services.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds, as you are paying for your appointment time. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service provided by one of our stylists, contact us within 48 hours after your appointment and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
Contact us immediately if you experience an allergic reaction. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove eyelash extensions free of charge.
